Jeremy Eddie

Founder/CEO

Jeremy L. Eddie is a dedicated educational leader with a proven track record in training, development, and leadership across school settings. He possesses a unique perspective on the varied needs of students and faculty, driven by his passion for continuous learning and self-improvement as an instructional leader. 

Currently serving a STEAM Academy Director in Metro Denver, Jeremy has successfully developed and implemented innovative Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, He actively collaborates with district teams to create work-based learning opportunities that meets the needs of students. 

In his previous role as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for, Jeremy co-designed, implemented, and managed a full-cycle recruitment and onboarding strategy for various high-volume and specialized positions across all schools. He co-created intentional strategies to strengthen and expand initiatives aimed at recruiting, hiring, retaining, and advancing team members, with a specific focus on building a top-tier workforce. His efforts directly supported the recruitment and selection for school leadership positions, achieving over 92% fulfillment of budgeted school-based positions for the 2023-2024 school year.

Jeremy is currently pursuing a Doctor of Educational Leadership (Ed.D.) from the University of Michigan, He currently holds an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) in Leadership from Oakland University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Clemson University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Siena Heights University. He is actively involved in several professional associations and boards, advocating for equitable education and community engagement.

Donetrus G. Hill, EdD

Executive Coach

Dr. Hill is recognized as an international expert and advocate for education reform with a focus on evidence-based best practices, leadership development and increasing student growth, retention and completion. Dr. Hill has expertise in cultivating and nurturing an environment of personal and shared responsibility, paving the way for large-scale turnaround, improved student outcomes, and district culture transformation. Dr. Hill is considered highly effective and demonstrates evidenced leadership skills in:

  • Increasing growth opportunities for students while diminishing learning and opportunity  gaps
  • Capacity building for leaders and teachers to engage in authentic school/district  improvement 
  • Implementation of continuous (school) improvement, change theory application protocols
  • Working with diverse populations of students, staffs and communities effectively
  • Setting and modeling high expectations for all steeped in data and student outcomes
  • Fiscally responsible leadership practices with tremendous budgetary discretion/authority​
